At Monk Paper, we want to make sure that every purchase you make is worthwhile. We want to give you a splendid shopping experience: hassle free and convenient. Hence, even if and when you find yourself at the crossroads of having to return a product you just received; Monk Paper strives to make it an easy procedure. Given that the return is rational and is made within a stated time frame, we offer a smooth return policy wherein you receive credit for the returned product and there will be no penalization.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we will gladly accept return or exchange within 30 days of the date of delivery. You will be entitled to get a credit, exchange or refund, less the shipping charge. In circumstances where you receive a defective item, we will avail you the shipping or email label for your convenience to have it returned to us. Please call us to make the FedEx/UPS Return label.

In any case, do enclose a copy of your invoice and include all the original packaging and literature when sending the product back. The refund for international orders will be made only in US dollars (Monk Paper is not responsible for the difference in exchange rate).

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Every return made under the Return Policy requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In order to obtain an RMA number please contact our customer service at +001 410 992 3272 or email us via Contact Us. Please include or have your order number or web order number ready. In case we receive a returned product without a prior authorization number, you will be charged a 15% straight restocking fee.

Note: Based on the condition of the product, if the product is damaged, there would be no refund. Also, the item should be returned within the time frame of 30 days after you receive the product.

RMA is valid for 30 days only and will be not eligible for return after 30 days.

The Return Policy is exclusive to:

• Special Orders,
• Corporate Orders,
• Customized Orders,
• Limited Editions where a factory seal on the packaging has been broken by the customer,
• Where the product was new and undamaged, and the customer was responsible for the caused damage,
• We will not accept returns once the product has been used. Please contact customer service without opening the package if you ordered a wrong item or received the wrong item, or no longer want the item that you ordered.

Preparing a Return:

To return an item purchased from Monk Papers, please closely follow the guidelines given below:

1. Return Guidelines
   Option A: First of all you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Call us at +001 410 992 3272 or email us using the Contact Us form and we will provide you an RMA number. Please write down this number on the label (outside of the box) while returning to us. Without the RMA no. we cannot process the return sent to our address.

   Option B: When packaging the product for return, do not write any excessive product description on the package for security reasons. Please package your return carefully and send it to our return processing address mentioned above.

2. Insure Your Package: We highly recommend you to insure your package to the appropriate value. If the item is lost, you do not want to lose the money you invested in it as well. Hence, when you return expensive items, generally those above $100, get it insured so that even if the product is lost, you can claim its value.
